Dr. Rodger Goddard created The Student Success Program. Dr. Goddard is a psychologist providing training, consultation and program development to school districts for over 25 years. Dr. Goddard has authored and delivered thousands of on site training seminars for corporations, schools, parents, police, government agencies, health care facilities, religious gropus and community organizations.
Dr. Goddard has worked with hundreds of public, private and parochial schools and districts throughout New Jersey including: Union Township, Elizabeth, Roselle, Roselle Park, Bayonne, Jersey City, Clark, Cranford, Westfield, Rahway, South Orange Maplewood, Plainfield, Union County Special Services Commission, Newark, Summit, Monmouth, Union Essex Jointure Commission and many others.

Dr. Goddard's training as a psychologist included a deep exploration of the cognitive development, intelligence capacities and learning resources of children.
Dr. Goddard has served as Chief Psychologist at Trinitas Hospital in Elizabeth, N.J.. Dr. Goddard is a licensed psychologist with extensive experience in organizational development, school consultation and the treatment of anxiety, depression, child and family problems. Dr. Goddard's areas of expertize include Attention Deficit Disorder and helping at risk, disruptive and learning challenged students to succeed. Dr. Goddard received his doctorate from City University of New York and interned at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital in New York.
